Hong Kong Central

Located in the heart area of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Center is the hub of politics, administration and business and the home of some fantastic skyscrapers and Victoria Peak.
Hong Kong Central, located in Central and Western District, is the central business district of Hong Kong. Many banks, multinational financial corporations, consulates of many countries are located in this area, as is the different kinds of restaurant and brand fashion specialty stores. It is the most popular shopping area of Hong Kong for the local people and the travelers. In addition, the landmark, Bank of China Tower as well as Asia’s tallest building, Jardine House are located here. All of these buildings constitute a beautiful and spectacular city scenery line of Hong Kong.
Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens
Covering an area of 5.6 hectares and being built in 1871, Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens is also called ‘Bing Tou Garden’. The whole garden is divided into two parts by a road and connected by a pedestrian tunnel. On the east of the garden, there is the old garden, where equipped with playground, birds shed, greenhouse and fountain garden. On the west of the garden, there is the new garden, when is mainly the residence of reptiles, primates, a jaguar and some endangered birds and plants.
Chater Garden
Adjacent to the Legislative Council Building, Chater Garden is the hot protest place for Hongkongers and the political groups. It is also the gathering place for Filipino maids. Chater Garden has equipped with pavilions, garden paths, pool and other facilities.
Statue Square
Located in Hong Kong Central, Statue Square is a historical public square. In order to memorize the Queen Vitoria, the government casted a bronze statue of the queen and laid it on the square in 1987, hence its name Statue Square. Originally, there were a number of royal statues, but now only a statue of banker Sir Thomas Jackson stands there. It is a relaxing place with plantings and fountains. Legislative Council, Cenotaph and the HSBC headquarters are lied around the Statue Square.
