Originally, Causeway Bay refers to the gulf of Victoria Park and its east coast. Because this area is shaped like a causeway, hence it was named as Causeway Bay. The discount season of Hong Kong is from July to September and from the New Year to February. The items are much cheaper during the discount season. If you want to overlook the whole Causeway Bay area, the Victoria Harbour, and the surrounding islands, Victoria Peak is the best place.
