How to Use E-ticket

What is E-ticket?

An electronic ticket (shorted for E-ticket) is a digital version of a regular paper ticket. The E-ticket stores the original information on the paper ticket in the airline’s ticket booking system and it can be used like the paper ticket to check-in, reroute and cancel. It’s more convenient as you only need to offer the order code, valid ID or passport to finish the above procedures.

How to Use it

After you made a successful flight order from us, we’ll send you an Email with the receipt of the e-ticket. When you arrive at the airport, just take your valid ID or passport to the airline counter and identify the E-ticket. Then the staff will print out the boarding pass and baggage tags. After the security check, you can board on the plane.

What is E-ticket receipt?

E-ticket receipt is actually the voucher or invoice for e-ticket payment and reimbursement of China domestic air passengers. The original receipt is needed when you want to reroute or cancel the flight. However, it is not a voucher for boarding the plane.

Note: The receipt is permitted to be printed only once, one piece for each passenger;
Passengers should send their ticket cancel or change application to the ticket agency with the original receipt.

How to Reroute

Like the traditional paper ticket, domestic air passengers in China can reroute the flight with the E-ticket before they take their flights. Passengers need to print out the E-ticket receipt if they want to reroute the ticket according to the airline’s policy. Usually, the reroute to a ticket of the same class standard with the same discount is easily and passengers need to pay the fare difference is the price is different. We’ll change USD10 per ticket if you booked China Flight with us and want to reroute.

If passengers want to cancel the flight they have booked with us, they have to offer e-ticket receipt as well as their identity certificates and pay USD10 per ticket for us.
