How to Book Flight

YesChinaTour.com provides efficient and useful booking service for you. Just a few clicks and basically five steps, you’ll get your flight easily and the service is totally FREE.

Step 1: Search

Search the flights that meet your demands. Feel free to write your specific queries to our expert travel consultants if the listed China Flights do not suit you and we’ll advise how to fly or interchange between the destinations.

Step 2: Select

Read carefully the detailed description about the flights results you searched, including the flight number, departure& arrival time, duration, airport name, price, punctuality rate, restrictions on cancellation or change. Then select the one which suit you well.

Step 3: Book

Book the selected China Flights by filling out the booking form with your personal information such as names as shown in the passport, passport numbers, date of birth, phone number etc. Also, make sure that you have read our Terms & Conditions before you confirm your booking.

>>Tips: We strongly recommend that you should reserve China Flights at least 3 days prior to your flight departure date, especially if you plan to travel during the high season (from 1st March to 30th June & 1st Sep to 30th November) when the competition for air tickets becomes very keen. So we can handle your reservation smoothly.

Step 4: Make Payment

After reviewing your reservation order and confirmed the information are exactly correct with yours, click the “Next Step” button and finish the payment within two hours, or the order will be cancelled automatically.

Step 5: Get E-tickets

The flight is officially confirmed once your full payment is received. A confirmation E-mail will be sent to you upon receipt of your full payment and e-mail you the receipt of the e-ticket. Please check your Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.

Terms and Conditions

On E-tickets

1. E-ticket is actually an electronic record of the traditional paper ticket and is used in the same way as paper tickets;
2. An e-ticket receipt is a voucher for e-ticket payment, reroute or refund the e-tickets, not for boarding the plane;
3. The e-ticket receipt is not and can only be printed once, one piece for each ticket and can not be reprinted;

On Booking

1. Tickets booking service is available only for the destinations within China mainland.
2. We only accept online booking. Reserve air tickets by phone and email is not accepted.
3. Provide a clear passport scan copy for all passenger(s).
4. Your tickets can not be guaranteed until they are issued.
5. All air tickets provided are E-tickets unless specifically indicated.

On Price and Payment

1. The ticket price includes airport tax and jet fuel surcharge levied directly by the Airlines, excludes aviation accident insurance;
2. Right now, we only accept Payment by Paypal, which accepts payment with most credit cards.
3. Failure to pay within two hours may result in loss of the booking.
4. The additional fees charged by the credit card company/bank or exchange rate variation are not our responsibility.

On Responsibilities

1. YesChinaTour is not responsible for the flight delay or cancellation made by the airlines.
2. The discounts and seat availability on any flight are not guaranteed until tickets are issued.
3. YesChinaTour will take all benefits and all losses of rise or fall in airfares, or fuel surcharges after the tickets are issued.
4. We reserve the right to change the price in case cost changes due to changes in airfares, currency devaluation, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we issue the tickets.
5. We are not responsible for the additional cost if you change the flights since the discount varies.
6. Losses caused by inaccurate information are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

On Rerouting and Cancellation

1. You may change or cancel the order before you make the payment and it’s free.
2. After payment, any change or cancellation on confirmed bookings must be notified us by E-mail or fax. USD10 per ticket will be charged for cancellation of bookings.
3. Discount with 50% off or above: can not be changed or refunded;
    Discount between 50% and 20% off (included 20%): Charge 30% of fare within the same class if available to change and refund 50% of fare when cancel;
    Discount below 20% off and No Discount Fare: Charge 5% of fare within the same class if available to change and refund 90% of fare when cancel;
    Tips: Any change or refund will be charged $10 per ticket as our service fee.
4. The refunds to you will be processed within 10 business days after receiving your cancellation notice by email or fax. You are responsible for the transfer charge for the refund.

On Travel Documents

1. Passengers should hold valid ID to check in.
2. A copy of Tibet Permit is required if you book China domestic flights to Tibet. We don not offer sole Tibet permit application unless you book a tour with us.

On Health and Safety

1. Passengers with wheelchairs are required to present a certificate issued by a hospital to certify the fact. Otherwise, you’ll be prohibited from boarding on the plane with wheelchair.
2. Any passenger suffering from serious illness should have a certificate issued by a medical unit certifying his or her fitness for flight.
3. Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a doctor's certificate stating that the he/she is fit to travel to Tibet.

On Check-in

1. Passengers shall arrive at the airport 90-60 minutes before the departure and check-in with valid ID.
2. Airlines will cease check-in 30 minutes before the departure time.

On Luggage Allowance

While taking flights in China, each passenger is allowed to take limited carry-on luggage and certain amount of luggage for free and excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client.

    Business class: 30kg
    First class: 40kg
    Suitcases must have a locking device attached
