The largest amusement park in the city, Beijing Happy Valley is similar in style with the Disneyland Park. Composed of seven theme parks, it is an ideal place to meet people's desire for entertainment.

Located in southeast corner of Sifang Bridge in east Beijing, Beijing Happy Valley occupies an area of one million square meters. This amusement park is s similar in style with the Disneyland Park and composed of seven theme parks. There are more than 40 rides and attractions enabling people to experience the charm of various civilizations and meeting the need for different groups of people. Thematic Parks

Wild Fjord

The journey of the park starts from the Wild Fjord. Situated at the entrance to the park, it also acts as a dividing portal for visitors to enter Atlantis, Ant Kingdom or Aegean Sea areas. Colorful Skywalk, glittering Happy Square, fashionable park gate and beautiful Happy Theater are gathering at here. Entering into the park, visitors can find the imitated 19th-century steam train which can hold 128 tourists a time to get around the whole park.

Lost Maya

The mysterious Maya civilization always raises people’s curiosity although it has disappeared for many centuries. The Lost Maya leads people to understand the mysteries by taking archeology, agriculture, and ecology, education knowledge as background to raise people’s curiosity through the characteristic environment and interesting rides such as Chariot of Sun, Jungle Flying Train, Norman Big Dig, Brave Soldiers, Water Fight, Sound from Crypt and Red Soil Workshop.

Featured performances are Image of Sun of God and Disaster of Maya. Chariot of Sun is highly recommended. Standing in the inner lake of the park, it is the largest swing pendulum in Asia which can take you suddenly to the 15-floors-high altitude by a 4.4G accelerated speed.

Aegean Harbor

Composed of three parts namely a deserted town destroyed by volcano, a new gulf and cultural relics, the Aegean Harbor thematic park mainly show people the civilizations of Grete and Masini. The activity called Trojan Horse is highly recommended as it is breathtaking which can make you feel the world rotate and find the secret hidden in its stomach is different with the historical Trojan Horse.

Shangri-La

As the pronoun of Heaven in China, Shangri-La consists of three parts namely dreamy Shangri-La, town of Tibetan flavor, and quiet tea garden. This thematic park mainly shows people the hardships during one’s pursuit of ideal living environment.

Golden Wings in Snowfield offers tourists with exciting flying by suddenly diving to have a bird view of the ground and experiencing weight loss like a rolling snake. Twin-Tower Heroes, the first twin towers space shuttle, can take you people up/down to/from the 56-meter-high altitude in two seconds. It’s very adventurous due to the exciting of weightlessness.

Ant Kingdom

Ant Kingdom is the most unique and interesting area for kids, which teach the knowledge of ecology, biology, population and community in a vivid and lovely way. The super-huge ant holes, deep wheel prints and 10-meter (33 feet) tall grasses make the kids feel they’re little ants. Troop of Flying Ants is the most popular entertainment. Sitting on it, kids can experience the flying ants’ patrol from the sky over the farm.

Atlanti

Atlanti is the core part of the park displaying the ancient civilization in the deep sea by centering on how the Atlanteans min, produce and use crystal. The towering Crystal city, the center portal, is much like Sleeping Beauty castle is to Disneyland. The 69.8-meter-high plastic mountain is the highest in Asia, becomes the symbol of the park.

Crystal Wing, the first flying roller coaster in Asia, is highly recommended. Energy Collector, one of the highest flying islands in Asia, is also the viewing device with biggest movement. Climbing on it to the 60-meter-high top, visitors can have a bird view of the beautiful park.

Happy Time

Happy Time is the latest opened thematic park in the Happy Valley. At here, people can experiment seven exciting activities. X Chariot enables you to experience the speed of Formula 1 race track. Crazy Surfer makes you feel the exciting speed of rowing. The Palace Cinema newly introduced a 4D film Speed Racer and Angel’s Wing takes you to feel the fast as if you’re in body with the car.

In addition to the thematic parks, Beijing Happy Valley also boasts many thematic landscapes on the Happy Square and OCT Great Theater. The thematic leisure activities such as Maximal Exercise Festival, Chinese Spring Festival, Water-Splashing Festival and International Magic Day offer more opportunities for tourists to the park. Every theme park has its own thematic shops and restaurants supplying toys, jewelry and stationery as well as dining services.
