Beijing Tangren Culinary Institute is a comprehensive training base of cooking which has received students from all over the world and trained a lot of famous cooks.

Founded in 1989, Beijing Tangren Culinary Institution is cooking training base in Beijing Food Industry Association and has been accepted Chinese Cooking Association. 27 elective courses are set up for those who want to learn cooking. In recent years, the international catering cultural exchanges and happy family cooking class are very popular and spoken highly by the community.

Campus

The school has three teaching areas in Beijing West Railway Station, Big Bell Temple and Yihe Mountain Villa. The Chinese and Western cooks, the Chinese and Western pastry chef these four majors have 27 elective courses. With the advantages of industry association, a large number of the famous cooks join in the school to teach the students skills with rich teaching experience and clear objectives.

What they do

The school usually cooperates with some hotels, restaurants, boites and so on to communicate the cooking technologies. Besides, they also help to design the large banquet reception, arrange the exhibition, and design the kitchen. At the same time, they will establish the new labor relations of cooperation, which can facilitate the internship and employment of the students. After building the complete employment information, the school provides business advice and technical guidance for the independent entrepreneurial students.

What they teach

The Chinese and Western cooks, the Chinese and Western pastry chef are the four main teaching majors. Ceramic cake is one of the representatives. The ceramic cake combines the modern pottery in Chinese national characters and the cake perfectly. The skills are very smooth, which fully plays the essence of pottery and shows the cake more ornamentally and artistically.
