Beijing Night Show Theater is the first theater in Beijing catering for foreign tourists with traditional Chinese art, dress, music, dance, drama, acrobatics, Peking Opera and ethnic minority customs.

Beijing Night Show Theater is a large combined dinner theater with performance and dining together, which commits to provide knowledge of Chinese history. This place not only enables people to watch and understand broad and profound Chinese culture, but also reproduces the bright and brilliant multi-ethnic culture. People can enjoy performances of traditional Chinese art, dress, music, dance, drama, acrobatics, Peking Opera and ethnic minority customs at this theater.

Brief Introduction

Beijing Night Show Theater can hold 500 people at the same time and watch performance. The dinner will provide fine royal foods, including main courses, dessert and Beijing fruits. According to the needs and season, various types of main dishes may be introduced timely. The standard seats, business seats, VIP seats and boxes are provided. Besides, there are another 11 boxes provided to show different theme atmosphere, highlighting the charm of the Chinese culture, such as Qin, Han, Hutong House, people in the region south of the Yangtze River and so on.

Famous Plays

The classic play Greater China Dance mixes the ancient Dunhuang culture, traditional opera, ethnic customs, clothing art and other artistic elements together, which has been performed more than 2000 times.

In 2006, a new large-scale dinner dance was built up, which owned deep historical and cultural scene grand and gorgeous. Dragon Dance tells the history and culture elements in Beijing, forming seven chapters. This performance lets people enjoy the infinite charm of the blend of Beijing ancient and modern time, making people enjoy the span of the time and space. The ancient mythology, the ancient palace of Yan (a small country in ancient China), and the prosperous scenes in Yuan (1279-1368), Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) Dynasty are shown.
