Fujiazhuang Beach

Built in 1959, Fujiazhuang Beach is located at the middle section of southern seashore scenic area of Dalian. It is one of the largest bathing beaches in Dalian, boasting of unique natural scenery with hills on the east and west and vast and golden beach in the middle. The East Dalian Island and West Dalian Island faces each other across the turquoise sea and seamount, cliffs and forests near the beach, making it more and more attractive and charming.

Fujiazhuang Park was constructed at the beach in 1959 with a 450 meters long coastline. It is said that 300 year ago, a fisherman named Fu traveled to Dalian across the sea and then settled around the beach. Hence the beach was called Fujiazhuang Beach.

In Fujiazhuang Park, there are more facilities with green areas, fountains, pavilions and service building. Besides enjoying natural beauty of the place, you can also participate in a number of beach and water related activities like swimming, boating, fishing and surfing.
