Deposit & Final Payment
A deposit (10% of the total cost of the tour) is required when booking occurs. The final payment is required 30 days prior to your departure date. If the tour is booked within 30 days before the departure date, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Refunds
When cancellation occurs within 14 days after we receive your written cancellation request, the full payment will be refunded. It would be a pity if you decide to cancel your trip to China. We realize that there are various reasons that a cancellation can happen, but we hope you will have a great journey to China in the future, and you will always be welcome to use Yes!ChinaTour's service.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
- Cancellation received more than 35 days before departure: 10 % of tour price, but can be used to apply for your next trip within 18 months;
- Cancellation received from 21 to 35 days before departure: 10% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable;
- Cancellation received from 7 to 20 days before departure: 20% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable;
- Cancellation received from 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable;
- Cancellation received from 0 to 2 days before departure: 100% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable;
Note: No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price and full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. After the trip has started, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
Alteration of Itinerary
If you inform us about any changes you make in your itinerary 60 days before you China Tour starts. The process for the first two re-arrangements are free of charge. Each excess change will charge 20USD per change. Please read our Travel Agreement
Conditions
Luggage Allowance
According to General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, within 20kg of baggage is free for economy class, within 30kg for business class and within 40kg for first class. Customers are responsible for extra cost for excess baggage. All suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow these regulations may cause refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.Complaints & Claims
If you are not satisfied with any service provided by Yes!ChinaTour, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you should inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Yes!ChinaTour will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.
